1/29 Trade Learning Saturday has ended
We look forward to having you at Trade Learning Saturday on January 29! Please take a look at our offerings below and create your personal schedule. Sessions will qualify for trade hours and CPE credit. Subs and Paras can earn CPE credit, but do not need to earn trade hours. Sessions that qualify for GT hours are tagged as such.

All sessions are online through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The links to access your sessions will appear in the session descriptions 10 minutes before the session’s scheduled start time.

Each presenter has been given a link to a form for attendance. They will provide that link towards the end of their sessions. If that form has not been provided, please ask your presenter for the link.

Email Marcus Miller in professional learning if you have any questions.

We will look at the components of a number talk and how they relate to fractions. How teachers can use these to promote student discourse and engage in a review of math learning for fractions. We will look at some fraction number talk examples in grades 3-5 to help teachers use their knowledge with their students in the classroom.
